Personal References...

I do not use individual references from people who are pro-me or currently in my favour, instead I will gladly send you the course attendance rosters for the last 1-2 years pertaining to the training class of your interest. That way you have the freedom to contact anyone on the list you choose, and not my friends or my pre-selected few.

The Company. Singleton International...

By minimising inefficient administrative overhead and keeping my company small, I am able to present affordable, 5 star and up-to-date programs at a time when Law Enforcement's training budgets are rapidly shrinking. I made the decision to eliminate all the irrelevant raz-a-mataz of an expensive colour brochure, fancy multiple colour magazine advertisements and an expensive road show. As we know these are purely show items and do not reflect the standard of training or the competency of the instructors. (It's the old adage, "their ads and brochures look good, so must their training!") Always remember the cost of producing an expensive brochure will be added to the total fee YOU Will Pay.

Phil Singleton...

In November 1986, Phil was hired by Heckler & Koch, Inc. as the Director of Training. He was tasked with developing, from ground zero, a training division responsible for both firearms and tactical training to national and international Police "special operations teams."

The MP5 classes he designed during that 7 year tenure were quoted as being some of the most intense and realistic classes then offered.

Phil has 31 years of Operator/Instructor experience with the MP5. (22 years of non-stop MP5/Colt Instructing since joining H&K in 1986.)

In 1993, Phil resigned to pursue greater personal challenges with his own training company. Today his programs are being quoted as some of the most in-depth, up-to-date and best value-for-money classes available to law enforcement. (Incidentally, there is no 3 year restriction on certification, however I do recommend you retake only the ranges segment of the Instructor program if you have not used the H&K/Colt for 3 or more years.

Phil enlisted in the British Army in April 1969 when he was 15 years of age, and served for over 14 years. He saw active service in the "16 th Parachute Brigade," and as a Trooper in the "22nd Special Air Service Regiment." (22 S.A.S.)

A team member on "Operation Nimrod" the storming of the Iranian Embassy in London freeing 19 hostages back in May of 1980.
