3 Day MP5 & M4/M16 Operator

Individual Requirements

Ear and Impact Resitant and Wrap Around Eye Protection is Mandatory.
Comfortable clothing suitable for the range under all weather conditions. (Expect rain, being British it rains for me regardless of location and season!)
Full tactical equipment and body armour is not required.

Firearms: (You can attend with one or any of these firearms.)
I always run a double line where only half the attendees are shooting at on time, so two officers can attend with only one firearm between them.

Semi and/or Full Automatic.

MP5, UMP. (9mm, 10mm, .40cal or .45 ACP)
H&K 33, 53, G36.
Colt SMG, M4 or M16 A1/A2 Rifle.
Sling
2 x 30 round or 3 x 20 round magazines per attendee.
Hand gun and holster per attendee.

Ammunition:

1500 rounds of good factory manufactured ammunition. (I do not recommend cheap re-loads, military surplus or aluminum case ammo)
50 rounds of pistol ammunition.

Day 1.
Morning. Classroom:
Introduction & Administration.
Takedown & Assembly.
Function Check.
Sights & Aiming.
Fitting the Sling.

Afternoon. Ranges to Include:
Stance & Ready Position.
Load, Unload & Reload.
Zero & 30 Round Burst.
Single, Double Rounds & Rapid Fire.
Drugs & Body Armour.

Day 2
Morning. Ranges to Include:
Maintenance.
Introduction to Full-Automatic.
Trigger Control.
Firing-on-the-Move. Single Target.
Firing-on-the-Move. Trigger Control.

Afternoon. Ranges to Include:
Firing-on-the-Move. Lateral Targets.
Reload Drills.
Support Covering Fire.

Day 3
Morning. Ranges to Include:
Tactical Back-up-Weapon.
Firing-on-the-Move. Back-up-Weapon.

Afternoon. Ranges to Include:
Static Turns.
Moving Turns.
Covering Positions & Verbalization.
Standards Drills.
Final Administration & Graduation.
